Shop Supervisor

Kasturi Traders Limited T/a C Mobile is a reputable retail specialist in the buying, selling, and repair of new and second-hand phones, game consoles, laptops, and other electronic devices. We are currently seeking a dedicated Shop Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations within the retail outlet.
  • Manage personnel, encompassing training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure optimal customer satisfaction levels through exemplary service standards.
  • Regulate inventory levels and oversee stock management.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategic initiatives to achieve targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
  • Strong leadership acumen and organizational proficiencies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
