We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team and ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead the Customer Service team, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Customer Service team, providing regular feedback and training to enhance their skills.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our repair services, products, and industry developments to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and address service issues.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
